FAQ

Disclaimer*
EFT is not a replacement or alternative for any kind of medical treatment in any medical condition. This is not medical or psychological advice. While EFT and other forms of energy psychology have produced remarkable clinical results, they must still be considered in the experimental stage, and thus, whoever chooses to incorporate these tools must take full and complete responsibility for their use of them. EFT and other Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology methods address the underlying energetic patterns of the human body with the intention to help the seeker understand how to bring balance and harmony to your energy system.

Over the years, I've studied a number of ways, worked with a number of techniques, and worked with mixing and matching these methods in the most optimal way to ensure you get the best results.

I am also guided by my intuition to use these methods.

Though they work wonderfully, they are not a substitute for any medical treatment.

I'll give my 100% to you, but it is imperative for those who choose to work with me to take full and complete responsibility while using these tools.

What can I expect in a  session with you?
EFT involves working from the visible problem and working inwards till we can clear out the core of the issue. It is like gently peeling of layers to clear what may be the base issue.

While working with me, I'll be guiding you every step of the way as we try to uncover the core reason behind the issue. I also incorporate Ho'oponopono, guided meditation, and other methods to ensure the fastest release from the problems.

After the first ' Get To Know' session, the number of sessions can be determined.

I know nothing about EFT.  Can I have a session with you?
Of course. For all those who are new to EFT, I'll give an intro long enough to walk you through it and short enough that it does not eat into the session time. I'll keep explaining as we work together.

Can I've 2 sessions back to back?

Yes, it is possible, but it is preferable to have some time between each session as it will help other possible underlying issues come to the surface that can be cleared in the subsequent session. But sometimes having 2 sessions back to back may actually be helpful in releasing all the emotions that have already been brought to the surface.

How to work in different time zones?

We can always work towards finding a time that's best suited to work in both time zones.  Response time may be slightly longer for a large time difference.  Apart from that, there should be no other delay.

Can I reschedule sessions after I book a package?

Yes. Up to 2 sessions per package can be rescheduled with prior notice of at least 12 hours. Due to planning constraints and to avoid schedule conflicts with other clients/sessions, last-minute rescheduling will not be possible.

What happens if I miss out on a scheduled session?
In case of a no-show, the session is considered forfeited. If any session in a package is rescheduled more than twice, it will be considered forfeited.

What format are the Hypnosis and guided meditation recordings offered in?
After the live sessions, the recordings of the same will be offered in mp3 format.

Letting go - Discover the power within

We have all heard of letting go, we know there are times when we really have to let go, but how many times can we truly let go and how many times have we woken up to sheer magic and miracles when we have totally let go, most times because we have got distracted from the problem at hand by some other problem...:) or we just give up because we are just too tired to fight it anymore and voila..magic... suddenly things just seem to fall into place or get resolved magically... :) feels wonderful doesn't it? So what did we do there that changed things? when we got distracted or just too tired of bothering? what snapped? It is our emotional attachment or investment to the issue or problem. The moment we let go of it, we stop holding on to the problem in the current state as we perceive it with all our emotions. The moment we stop perceiving it as we have it has to change, vanish, get better. So we have been doing this pretty much as default behavior, fe...

The thorn in the shoe metaphor

Let me just share a small story with you all today. I had gone for a walk at a local park this morning. It was a lovely morning though a bit warm. The breeze was crisp and the lake in the park shimmered and glowed in the morning sun. I was just beginning to soak it all in when, within a few steps, I felt there was something in my shoe. It was a bit bothersome, so I removed my shoe, did a simple dusting, and tried walking on. But something was stuck and kept poking me. I realized it could have been a stray thorn from my previous visit. Rather than trying to remove it right then and there, I tried to ignore it/ thought I could manage and kept walking on. But It was getting painful. The more I walked, the more painful it became and the less I enjoyed my walk. In fact, it was also slowing me down and kept my focus constantly on the painful point. I also forgot all about the beautiful scenery around me.  Finally, I had t...

Thoughts Vs Emotions

For those who have been practicing EFT for a while and the newcomers to EFT, it is really simple that once we have done a couple of rounds of EFT, it reveals a lot of things to us. When new emotions come up, it is really good, all we have to do is address them with another round of EFT. But sometimes our sweet intellect takes over and we start getting a number of thoughts, some memories, some perceived thoughts where we start analyzing the thoughts as possible connections to the issue at hand and start tapping on them. This takes us away from the issue. I hope you are with me so far and are getting what I am trying to say. For Example, if the issue at hand is you are feeling bad about something someone said to you, after a couple of rounds of tapping ideas come to your head and you start tapping " Even though I think xyz said this to me because..... " That becomes analysis rather than focusing on emotions. Even if such a thought does co...
